Welcome to HCC Kids, the children’s ministry of Huntington Community Church. Our mission is to partner with families to help children know, love, and follow Jesus in a safe, joyful, and age-appropriate environment. We’re glad you’re here, and we can’t wait to meet your family!
Children of all ages are welcome to stay with their guardian throughout the Sunday morning service.

First-Time Guests
We’re excited to welcome new families! To help things go smoothly, please plan to arrive a few minutes early.
If you’d like to save time, you can fill out the form ahead of time:
- You’ll be greeted by a member of our HCC Kids team who will guide you through a brief first-time guest form.
- We’ll use this information to add your child to our secure check-in system.
- Once set up, you’ll receive printed check-in tags and instructions for pickup.
- If you have any questions, a volunteer will be nearby to help.

Check-In & Sunday Morning Flow
- Upon arrival, stop by the Kids Check-In Station or the Self Check-In Kiosk to check in, print name tags, and receive your security tag.
- Once checked in, children will join their families in the sanctuary for the first two worship songs.
- After two songs, children will be dismissed and parents will take their kids to their classrooms.
- Parents should keep their printed security tag. It will be required when you pick up your child at the end of the service.
Safety & Security
Your child’s safety is our highest priority. We maintain several important policies to ensure a secure environment:

- Security Team: A trained security team monitors the building during both services.
- Rule of Two: No adult is ever alone with a child. Every classroom has at least two screened volunteers.
- Background Checks: All HCC Kids volunteers are church members and have cleared a background check.
- Check-In/Check Out: Matching check-in and pickup tags ensure only authorized adults can pick up their child.
- Allergy Awareness: Please share any allergy information during check-in so our team can care for your child appropriately.
